The Department aims to develop high-level scientific activities that confirm its quality as a centre of excellence. In particular, the Department aims to become a reference point at national and international level for studies focusing on two extremely topical areas: Digital Humanities and Specialised and Literary Translation Studies, as well as the potential arising from their interaction.
